Dear readers,
actually I'm very complicated in finding female friends. Most of the girls nowadays are guileful and stressful or competetive. Life is rugged, why should it be more complicated with those kind of girls? I'm very picky in finding female friends and therefore I was pretty amused finding this blogger.
Let me introduce you to Jen from
Cheers, Jen!. She is absolutely amazing and definitely one of my favourite german asian blogger. She has the best tips about MakeUp and her personal style is unique. She is half vietnamese and half chinese, but born in Germany.
One of the most important aspect of a blogger is being honest and that's why I really think she is an authentic blogger. Her product reviews are straight to the point and her MakeUp skills round the whole post up. Even her tutorials are easy to follow. It is even very funny, that she has the same passion like me. She loves fashion, MakeUp, food and gaming. The best things in life!
I just can recommend to follow her, because she is really a sympathic person with humour. She inspires me a lot and makes me want to read more.

Dear readers,
thanks to
gofeminin.de, I got two Pink Tickets for the GLOW BeautyCon in my hometown, Hannover. It was the first time for me visiting a Beauty Convention and I got I high expectations accordingly.

The first thing we saw as we arrived was masses of queues. The hall seemed very small and there were less exhibition stands than expected. The next conspicuous aspect was that every third girl was wearing an artist ribbon even when they not even looked like professional blogger, vlogger or else. My friend and I weren't really interested in the Meet and Greet section, because the acts were mostly YouTube-Stars and C-Celebrities. Actually we weren't the target audience for those Meet and Greet acts.
I expected a lot of free samples and new products to try on, but even this part of the convention was a little bit disappointing. Of course, we only got the restricted Pink Tickets, but you still have expectations. Some stands were organized really badly and some stands were just offering a makeover. I was actually excited about the exhibition stand of NYX, but even there they were just offering makeovers and a photobooth, where you also have to queue up.
Let's get to the best part of this Convention. The best exhibiton stand was from
Flaconi. Flaconi is a retail store for beauty products every brand like Sephora or Douglas. Their stand included makeover stations, new products section and little store. We also had to queue up here, but they got the idea to hand out gifts, free samples and coupons. The section of
DM was build up very similar and therefore good as well. We also visited the "Fun Section" with the Chupabulli of the brand Chupa Chups, where we got a goodie bag and some sweets.
I think I expected too much and therefore I think I was pretty lucky to win those tickets. I think it wasn't really worth it for me, if I'd buy those tickets. They had to organize it better, maybe a bigger hall with more brands and acts. In fact, it was pretty worth it for me and my friend. Even if we didn't get those Goodie Bags, we had a get a lot of things and a lot of discounts on high end products.
Stay tuned for the Glow Haul in my next post!

Dear readers,
what do you all know about class reunions? It's a meet up of classes after a long time and mostly it's like presenting yourself how's your life has been so far. It was the class reunion of my dad and he was actually nervous about it.
He also chose the outfit for my mum what is actually really cute. My sister and I wanted to look good for our dad as well. I chose something really classy but sexy, the perfect mix to show daddy's grown up girl.
My combination of smoking pants and knotted crop top all in black with a black ribbon as necklace is my current favourite look. The golden details of my bracelet reflects in my cute bag.

The reunion was place in a mongolian restaurant. The ambientce was amazing, but it was the first time I had to nag about the food. Maybe I expected too much, but my dad and my mum was happy and that's all about.

Dear readers,
who are the most important persons in your life?
Beside my family and boyfriend, my best friends are people I can't live without. They're always there, if you need them and they understand you. I just hate girls as friends, therefore I'm so thankful for my best friends. Understanding me and having fun with my crazy personality.
Since we all had jobs and studies, we were seperated in different cities and nearly haven't time for each other. Fabi is studying in Goettingen and Vivi is mostly on chamipnships all around the world. I'm really proud of my girls, but I miss them a lot.
This year we planned to spend a some days together. We're knowing each other for about 12 years now and our friendship still lasts like we were never seperated. Our first stop was in Goettingen.

This place is really lovely to stay. I was actually really often in Goettingen before, but I just visited some friends, who were studying there. As a city for students, Goettingen offers a lot of places to eat and to go clubbing. Admiring the view of old buildings beside eating is the best way to enjoy a city trip.

And the lovely old botanic garden was a highlight of our walk after brunch. It was very peaceful and the little greenhouse looked exactly like the conservatory of Hogwarts.
Three days seeing each other is pretty short and we had a lot to tell each other. But we enjoyed every second of it. I can't wait to plan the next quality time with my beloved girls.

Dear readers,
what do you wear at work, when it's getting hot outside? There are some yays and nays in the office you have to be beware of. Luckily, I work in a media agency where it's easily to decide what you want to wear. But beware of no-gos!
In summer I like to wear shorts and skirts. As a short person I can never wear knee-length shorts or skirts. There are still some guidelines I have to follow. In meetings I never wear my trendy or short clothes. My solution for this is wearing a jumpsuit. This one is one of my favourites.
Black with lace top as detail and silk bottom. It has a style of lingeries with the laces on top, but the casual pants with pockets as bottom breaks the style and you can wear it on a daily basis. In my freetime or even at night I wear it with heels and upgrade the look with dark lipstick and golden accessories. But for office you have to wear flats to keep it casual!

My boss knows I'm a blogger and interested in fashion so he says nothing even when I'm wearing ripped jeans. He even supports me. Are you allowed to wear short clothes in your job?
