Dear readers,
what do you wear at work, when it's getting hot outside? There are some yays and nays in the office you have to be beware of. Luckily, I work in a media agency where it's easily to decide what you want to wear. But beware of no-gos!
In summer I like to wear shorts and skirts. As a short person I can never wear knee-length shorts or skirts. There are still some guidelines I have to follow. In meetings I never wear my trendy or short clothes. My solution for this is wearing a jumpsuit. This one is one of my favourites.
Black with lace top as detail and silk bottom. It has a style of lingeries with the laces on top, but the casual pants with pockets as bottom breaks the style and you can wear it on a daily basis. In my freetime or even at night I wear it with heels and upgrade the look with dark lipstick and golden accessories. But for office you have to wear flats to keep it casual!

My boss knows I'm a blogger and interested in fashion so he says nothing even when I'm wearing ripped jeans. He even supports me. Are you allowed to wear short clothes in your job?

The older I get the more I can define my style. It's mostly black and white but there is nothing you can do wrong with black and white. Additionally, it always looks good on you wether thin or corpulent.

Dear readers,
I thought I won't have any vacation this summer, but luckily my parents were doing a citytrip and I went with them. We visited my mothers friend in Munich. The last time I saw Munich was about 4 years ago, but I still remember every detail, when I was here.
Actually, we weren't interested in sightseeing, because we were here before and we'd already seen everything. It was important for my parents to have actual family portraits at famous places in Munich, which we could send to my grandparents in Vietnam. I admire the architecture in Munich. The city is really a bavarian beauty. Some prefer historic cities in Bavaria, but I'm in love with the mixture of this big city. In every corner you could find something precious.
We enjoyed the sunny weather and the beautiful city. It was full of people and tourists.
But the best part of traveling is the food. We eat bavarian traditional food and appreciate the delicious beer. My sister suggest to eat our national food just to try out how vietnamese people in Munich will cook our food. And I really have to recommend vietnamese food there. My parents, as two chefs, also had to admit it was delicious. Very spicy but tasty as my mum cooks.
I ordered a vietnamese chicken beef salad with celeries, onions and roasted peanuts. In combination with my cocktail it tasted like heaven. I really have to learn how to make a ginger blueberry mojito. The perfect drink for summer.
We spent a lot of money on shoppingtrips as well. The friend of my mother has tickets for the second hand outlet and of course we had to get there. There were brands like Calvin Klein, Escada and even Moschino.
I will post about the shopping haul in my next post so stay tuned!

Dear readers,
the Lumix Festival of this year just started here in my hometown Hannover and luckily our school sponsered the tickets for students. It's a festival for young photojournalism. National and even international photographers can exhibit their photo series all over the campus of the university of Hannover. It is definitely interesting even for people who are not really interested in photography.
The exhibition involves every topic you could think about but it's nearly impossible to see every series of every photographer in one day, so the festival already started last wednesday.
I saw intersting series about politics problem nowadays and series about the Y-Generation. It was very touching and fascinating how much you could show emotions with only one shot. And mostly I was impressed about the idea to establish the exhibition. Some series you could see inside the university and some are in several places you could not imagine for a photo serie.
The last day of this festival will be this sunday. I just can recommend to visit this festival and even if you can't make it, the festival is annually or you can even see it
online.

Dear readers,
I know, it's been a while. I had to work on a lot of projects lately and I had to prepare for my intermediate exam. Luckily, I passed this exam and now I have to focus on my life.
As a woman in her twenties, I don't know, what I really want. There are so many decisions to made and nobody tells you what's wrong and what's right for you. And you yourself changed a lot. Your body, your style and your opinion about life and people changed at least once a month.
I obviously wish for a reset button for my blog but keeping all my lovely readers I got all over the months. But actually life is not that easy. For creating the best looking design for my blog I draw a lot. I try out new colours or I just experiment with some typographies.
The longer I work in a media agency the more I get involved in the secrets of design and the more I get to learn how to perfect things. And therefore I made my decision for a redesign of my blog.
The only thing is I just have to find out the perfect balance between my own style and the rules of design.

Please be patient, while I raise the quality of my blog. Have a nice weekend!
