Dear readers,

after exhausting weeks of work and study, I can say I am definitely relieved to receive the letter I'm passing my exams and get employed. One step further to my bright future. The next step is getting matriculate and study advertising design. I am really lucky to find a media agency where I can study and work also known as dual study. It will make my life stressful but also much better. I can earn money while I'm studying so I don't have to worry about being a poor student who has to give up shopping.

But firstly getting my new contract, I had to make some new employee pictures. I hate making formal pictures. It is so difficult to look natural with a normal smile.



After a lot of pictures I decided to take some selfies with the camera and honestly it was much more easier for me. I prepared myself with a natural look, but I'm still want to present myself. But employee pictures are way more easier to take than a picture for my ID. And I really need new ones.



I still can't decide between these two, but I have time before, we get the redesign online.

Preparing paperwork is really exhausting but it has to be done. The more I am happy about a little vacation with my family.

Dear readers,

feeling loved and blessed is how I feel right now. I celebrated my birthday with my family yesterday. My friends were congratulating me the whole day and I received lovely messages and gifts. I have to count myself to be lucky for having beloved people around me. I can't even realized what I received for my birthday yesterday.



Unluckily, I have to work on my birthday. But it wasn't really bad at all. I bake a cake for them the night before and bought some beer to celebrate the first part of my birthday with them. The time flew fast and I prepared myself for dinner in a steakhouse in our hometown with my family, my boyfriend and the boyfriend of my sister.


I invited my them to a fancy steakhouse in my hometown. It was a small restaurant, but the selection of steaks sounds really delicious. The meat was tender and they seasoned the steak very tasty. It was served with variations of different kind of potatoes. I chose farmer potatoes, which were big french fries well-spiced. I'm still crazy about the food.

           

But I'm more crazy about Niclas. He was really attentive on my birthday. It was his idea to bring me cherry blossoms and a DKNY mini bag. I actually didn't expect anything from him, because he was forgetting my birthday present last year.

Even my best friend visited me that night and brought a wonderful cake with peaches formed as flowers. Actually I planned to celebrate my birthday with my friends. But this period is exam preparation time and I couldn't find time for my celebration. But the more I'm happy about what everyone has done for me yesterday.

I'm thankful for every person in my life.

I hope you all had wonderful Christmas with your beloved ones. I celebrate Christmas like every year with my family and our vietnamese community. This year it was very special for our parents. It was like 25th anniversary for them. 25 years ago they were setting foot in germany as foreigner with no knowledge of the german language but they all made it. I'm just the 2nd generation but some of us already preparing and some are already having the 3rd generation.



As a special gift for my parents to be proud, my sister and I were ready to sing a song dedicated to them and all of the parents. But before the show we all prepared a lot for the feast. The decoration this year was really terrible in my opinion but the choices were made by our parents. But the food was the best part like all years before. I ate a lot of stuff, so poorly me, I have to start my training all over again.

            

Even my boyfriend came after his own Christmas Party with his family and every year I appreciate it that he'd join our feast even he didn't understand a single word.

We always end the feast with handing of Christmas gifts and I got lucky like every year. My boyfriend bought me a small Valentino bag and my girls were present me a lot of new MakeUp stuff. I can't wait for next year.



Tomorrow my Niclas and I will celebrating our 4th anniversary. I booked a table in one of the fanciest restaurants in Hannover and we will watch the movie assasins creed. I can't believe the year is nearly over. But 2016 was an exhausting year. I wish you all a happy new year if I can't make to write a post before NYE.

it's the most beautiful time of the year. Filled with love, joy and smell of food. Even if my family and I don't really celebrate Christmas at all, we loved to imitate celebrating Christmas. We're using these holidays for a feast with our vietnamese community. It's like a big family meeting with food and entertainment.



I even already prepared Christmas gifts for my beloved, who will attend the big feast on 24th of december. And I was very surprised of varieties of wrapping papers this year. Every year they were selling coloured wrapping papers full of patterns and kitschy printed stuff. I was very excited as my sister bought me white wrapping papers with silver printings.





Very simple, but very beautiful. Adding little details to recognize which presents belongs to whom. Last year I wrapped everything in white with black ribbon. This year I will change to silver and gold ribbons.



I can't wait to see their faces while they're unwrapping their gifts filled with love and material stuff.

as you noticed, I already start the relaunch of my blog. It is not even perfect and ready to publish online right now, but I don't want to take my site down any longer. So, I decided to publish it even it's not ready, but I think you all deserve to have a first look of my redesign.



I'm still working on some changes and I have to reupload the old posts, but I like the new template. It's more dynamic with extra features. Some colors and links are still not matching yet, but the color scheme and my old new logo is online. I try to do it beside my job and my studies and mainly the preparing before Christmas.

Be patient with me and I will post new stuff.

the Lumix Festival of this year just started here in my hometown Hannover and luckily our school sponsered the tickets for students. It's a festival for young photojournalism. National and even international photographers can exhibit their photo series all over the campus of the university of Hannover. It is definitely interesting even for people who are not really interested in photography.



The exhibition involves every topic you could think about but it's nearly impossible to see every series of every photographer in one day, so the festival already started last wednesday.




I saw intersting series about politics problem nowadays and series about the Y-Generation. It was very touching and fascinating how much you could show emotions with only one shot. And mostly I was impressed about the idea to establish the exhibition. Some series you could see inside the university and some are in several places you could not imagine for a photo serie.

           

The last day of this festival will be this sunday. I just can recommend to visit this festival and even if you can't make it, the festival is annually or you can even see it online.
